SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $25 and up.
Due to increased order value and the impact of COVID-19. It may take longer than usual to fulfill the order. We are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 days in business days and customers will receive the product within 5-10 business days depending on location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 
Please Note: Shipping time doesn’t include our 1-3 days processing time. Order ship 3 days after the payment has been received if there are any discrepancies the order may ship a later if billing zip code needs to be verified through our Merchant provider
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you haven't received your parcel item for a long time, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code, and then further any help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions. 
Wrong Address 
If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Allpurposeslifestyle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Damages
Allpurposeslifestyle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Yes, we ship our products all around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you. International ship prices may vary we do advise any International customers to reach out to get the best accurate price
